Marketing Account Manager

 

Marketing Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client account management inquiries, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Execute contract negotiations and secure agreements to optimize revenue streams.
  • Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Oversee the timely and successful delivery of solutions, aligning with client objectives.
  • Provide clear and regular communication of project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client portfolios and devise strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Address challenging client requests and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in account management or related roles, such as Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Track record of delivering client-centric solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
